Q: Do you offer payment plan options for courses?
A: Yes. When purchasing your course you will have the option to pay in full or split the cost into 2 payments.
Q: Will there be a replay of any of the courses available?
A: Replays will be available for those who have registered for the course. It will be available for 1 month after the class goes live. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend past that time.
Classes may be offered again in the future. To stay up to date with what classes will be available be sure to sign up for Rich’s emails at the bottom of this page.
Q: Are there any group discounts available?
A: Yes. On the courses page you will notice 2 courses.
One is for individuals to register for themselves alone.The 2nd offering is registration for 3 or more attendees. It is the same masterclass, just different pricing.
Q: Will the class/webinar be recorded?
A: Yes. The class/webinar will be recorded and will be available for 1 month after the class ends.
After the 1 month the class will no longer be available.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Unfortunately, there are no refunds once someone has registered.

Q: Will the Slides be available and sent to us as part of the course?
A: No. We will not be sending out PowerPoint slides as part of the course. So be sure to take notes and revisit the recording to review.
